Al Jazeera Royal Hotel

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The place was clean and fairly cozy. The location was great – close to the city center and bus stops, yet in a quiet area. There were also a couple of shops nearby, which was convenient. The room was large and spacious, providing plenty of comfort during my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. It was also nice that toiletries and bottled water were provided. Overall, a very good experience. I would gladly stay here again.

I rarely write feedback, but this time I feel it's important to express appreciation for exceptional service. On Monday, January 13th, I arrived at the Al-Jazeera Royal Hotel, and I must say, it's a lovely place to stay. The hotel staff were polite and friendly, especially two employees named Jalal and Sadiq. I remembered their names because I engaged in conversation with them. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had a pleasant aroma. In summary, this hotel is definitely worth a visit. You can expect excellent service at an affordable price.

My experience at Al Jazeera Royal Hotel was excellent, with exceptional service throughout my stay. The breakfast was delightful, and the housekeeping, particularly the bed make-up, was outstanding. I extend my sincere appreciation to Dipendra for providing flawless service and consistently meeting guest expectations. Reception employees were very courteous and assisting. Mr. Mhamad Jawad assisted me since my arrival and I felt welcomed all the time.

I like that it's near the shops and roadside where you can easily pick a ride. The front desk agent, Jalal and bellman Haviv also is very welcoming.
